REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
This policy sets out the returns policy for products purchased through the online store operated by Rawsforpaws Limited.

To return a product, please do so within 10 days of receiving your delivery.

Products must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund in full.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of raw dog food products due to the temperatures they need to be kept at once they have left our premises.

Instructions for returning non-frozen products:

1. Please ensure that the items you are returning are packed securely.

2. Please include a covering note that clearly states your order number and the reason you are returning the products.

3. Send your return to us at:

4. If you return products to us, you do so at your own expense and you are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. As such, we recommend that you:

  • Use a recorded delivery service
  • Obtain proof of postage
  • Arrange postal insurance to cover the value of the products you are returning

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not. Any refund will be made to the card which you used to pay for the products you purchased, this can take up to seven business days depending on bank clearing times and your method of payment.

If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
